How the Dispute Process Works
Every dispute follows the same clear stages so you always know what to expect

Raise a Dispute

Select your dispute type, provide order reference, write a short description, and upload evidence (photos, messages, receipts). You'll receive an automatic acknowledgement immediately.

Direct Resolution Window (48-72 hours)

The business is notified and gets a time-bound response window. Most disputes end here with mutual agreement. This is the fastest path to resolution.

MBN Mediation (If Needed)

Triggered if there's no response, rejected resolution, or serious allegation. Our team reviews platform records, messages, evidence, and policy alignment to make a fair decision.

Resolution & Closure

Final decision shared with both parties. If approved, refunds are processed automatically. The dispute is locked and recorded for platform integrity.
